NRT Technology Corp and Simplicit-e Gaming Solutions (Pty) Ltd enter into a strategic partnership in Africa

Effective immediately, NRT Technology Corp. (NRT) and Simplicit-e Gaming Solutions (Pty) Ltd. has entered into a strategic partnership, whereby the latter will be the distributor for NRT’s innovative line of cash handling products in South Africa. Under this agreement, Simplicit-e Gaming Solutions will promote, sell and provide comprehensive support for NRT products.

This initiative is consistent with NRT’s Global Expansion Strategy of partnering with stable, successful companies that understand the business and regulatory requirements of the local casino industry.

Simplicit-e is headed by Charl Geyser, who has been involved in the African Casino industry since its inception in 1995.

Formed in November 2009, Simplicit-e already supplies products to 13 customers in 8 African Countries and has recently been awarded its National Manufacturer & Supplier Licence for the South African Gaming Industry by the Gauteng Gambling Board.
