NRT Technology Corp. (NRT) offers around-the-clock support, through either our Web-based client portal, or over the telephone.

Client portal

If you are an existing customer with NRT, you can use our Web-based client portal. After you have submitted a service request, an e-mail is sent to you, documenting the request and confirming that a technician will help you out as soon as possible. You will be notified of any progress changes through e-mail.

Return Merchandise Authorization

To return defective parts, you can complete and submit the Return Merchandise Authorization form from NRT's website.
