John Dominelli

Founder & CEO

John is the founder and CEO of NRT Technology Corp, which he launched in 1993.

An engineer with more than four decades of experience in the gaming and retail technology industries, he is a visionary leader credited with several inventions that have dramatically changed the technology landscape. His work to create and deploy new products like ticket redemption (TITO) kiosks, jackpot attendant kiosks, and 3-in-1 ATMs have had an incredible impact on the gaming world.  Today, his innovations are used by millions of people in countries around the world each month.

John’s work has been recognized by many organizations – he was named the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year, and he led NRT to be designated as one of “Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies” for each of the last 11 years. Under John’s leadership, the company’s portfolio has continued to expand, and today NRT provides a wide range of solutions spanning financial services, marketing, big data, marker underwriting, table game intelligence & analytics, compliance, and more.


Michael Dominelli

President

Michael is President of NRT, and leads the day-to-day worldwide operations of the company.  All senior executives report to him.

Over the last two decades, Michael chose to work across nearly every department of the company so that he could become intimately familiar with all the details that make NRT’s solutions so successful. From cleaning and assembling machines on the production floor, to negotiating important partnerships for the company, Michael has dedicated his career to making sure NRT always delivers incredible value to its customers while taking exceptional care of its employees. Prior to being appointed President Michael held the position of Chief Marketing Officer for NRT. A graduate of York University’s Schulich school of business and a former semi-professional athlete and Tae-Kwon-Do black belt, he leads the company with a tireless drive to always be better, more collaborative, and more innovative.

Michael also currently serves as a board member of the American Gaming Association.


Diran Kludjian

EVP, Global Sales

Diran is Executive Vice President of Global Sales for NRT, and brings nearly 40 years of experience in the gaming, hospitality and retail industries.

Prior to joining NRT, he served as the EVP of Sales for Sightline Payments, where he dramatically grew the business. Before that, he was the EVP of Sales for Global Cash Access Inc. (NYSE: EVRI). Under his direction, he tripled annual revenues over a decade to $600 million, and increased EBITDA to $100 million. Diran previously was the Vice President of the Chase Banking Alliance for the Travel and Entertainment sector at First Data Corporation. He spent his early career in retail sales, where he specialized in department stores, mass merchants, drug store chains, wholesale clubs and supermarkets.


Rosa Laricchia

EVP, Customer Success

Rosa oversees NRT’s Customer Success team. In this role, she is responsible for understanding our customers and making sure that they get outstanding value from their relationship with NRT. Her seasoned team of industry experts work with customers around the world on everything from training, to helping customers improve revenue, to helping them use NRT’s tools to design ground-breaking financial and marketing initiatives. Rosa and her team travel to customer sites around the globe to help each NRT customer to be as successful as possible.

Rosa has played several key leadership roles at NRT since joining the company in 2001. As a Certified Project Leader, she also has an impressive background as a management consultant and in the corporate retail industry.


Adam Jerusalim

Chief Financial Officer

Adam graduated with an Honours Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business in 2009, and obtained his Chartered Accountant Designation in 2012.

He started his career as an Accountant with Deloitte where he worked on numerous audits of publicly traded companies. In 2015, Adam became the Manager, Business Analysis for Dream Unlimited Corporation. At Dream Unlimited Corporation, he successfully implemented a new leasing platform to provide enhanced flexibility in creating deal scenarios and evaluating metrics. In 2017, Adam joined CannTrust Inc. as their Director of Finance where he led the finance team through its initial public listing. Adam was then promoted to be their VP, Global Investment and Partnerships where he led the negotiation, due diligence and deal framework for a multi-million-dollar investment for the Company. In 2019, Adam joined Grey Wolf Animal Health Inc. as their VP, Finance.  With Grey Wolf Animal Health Inc., Adam helped the company obtain multi-million-dollar private placements.

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for NRT Technology Corp, Adam is tasked with developing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommending and spearheading strategic directions for the Finance Department of the Company, which helps the Company to achieve its organizational and revenue objectives.


Art Ayow

SVP, International

Art is responsible for growing NRT’s international business. From overseeing NRT’s partnerships with qualified resellers, to meeting with regulatory authorities, to responding to RFPs, to caring for existing customers, Art and his team manage the company’s work around the globe. He has extensive international business experience, especially within the Asia-Pacific region. He is also a frequent guest speaker at gaming and financial technology conferences.

Before joining NRT in 2005, Art was VP of Business Development at NamSys Inc., a company focused on cash vault management solutions for large financial institutions. Prior to that, Art spent 19 years at the Bank of Montreal, where he held several senior management positions and oversaw massive projects involving the installation of thousands of ATM terminals across Canada.

 


Joe Coady

Chief Technology Officer

Since joining NRT in 2017, Joe has been responsible for all software development, payment systems and project management functions. His diverse and impressive engineering group is responsible for building and evolving all of NRT’s hardware and software.

Joe has nearly 40 years of experience in the POS, banking and payment industries. Previously, he served as President of TDG Inc, a software development company for the payments terminal industry, specializing in cryptology, chip cards, near field communication, PCI and EMV. In that role, Joe managed a team of software developers, project managers and quality assurance analysts. TDG provided services to companies such as First Data, TD Bank, BMO and Moneris, Safeway, A&P, McDonald’s, HBC and Ikea.

Prior to that, Joe was Senior Architect for the Bank of Montreal, where he worked on strategic initiatives and performed technical due diligence for various mergers and acquisitions.


Nasr Sattar

SVP, Strategy & Innovation

Nasr runs the cross-functional NRT team responsible for product management, pricing, market intelligence and innovation. He is responsible for strategic formulation, developing the corporate vision, leading strategic initiatives, transformation, and partnerships.

He brings a broad range of payments and technology innovation experience to the company. Previously, at game developer AGS (NYSE: AGS), Nasr led the team that was responsible for table products, including the award-winning Stax Progressive System and the Dex S Shuffler. From naming new games, to holding patents, to advising on product road maps, Nasr managed products from conception through launch. Before that, he ran payment product implementations at Everi, (NYSE: EVRI) and was part of the relationship management team at the company. He worked across multiple gaming jurisdictions during his career, and has visited hundreds of casino customers around the world.

Nasr’s natural inventiveness, deep understanding of customer operations, and his academic work – he studied finance and information systems at James Madison University and graduate business studies at MIT Sloan School of Management – make him an ideal leader for NRT’s Innovation and Strategy group.


Gary Lindsay

SVP, Services & Operations

Since joining NRT in 1998, Gary has been responsible for all management issues related to operations, including service, manufacturing and warehouse logistics.

His primary duties center on design, testing and quality assurance measurement for all NRT products. Gary also manages relationships with NRT’s hardware support vendors and specialists. Prior to joining NRT, Gary was at MAI for 25 years, where he held various management positions, including Director of Sales, Director of Service and Director of Operations.
