Guests can browse and redeem rewards directly at kiosks or through the Joingo Mobile App while on property. With full visibility into their point balances, they can choose to redeem using points, purchase additional points, or pay the difference — ensuring a frictionless experience with no missed redemptions. Rewards are shipped directly to the guest’s home or preferred address, with fast, free delivery on most orders.
